Participant terms for Camerawalk bookings.
Participation and conduct
By booking a walk, you agree to arrive on time, follow reasonable instructions from the host, and act responsibly during the walk.
Personal responsibility and safety
You are responsible for your own camera, phone, bags, clothing, and other personal equipment. You should take reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others. Nothing in these terms limits Camerawalk’s responsibility where the law does not allow that responsibility to be limited.
Under-18s and supervision
Under-18s are welcome only when accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over. The responsible adult must book or approve the booking, attend the walk, remain with the young person throughout, and take responsibility for their supervision, behaviour, equipment, and safe participation.
Camerawalk does not accept unaccompanied under-18s on walks. The host may refuse participation where they reasonably believe that age, supervision, behaviour, safety, or safeguarding concerns make participation unsuitable.
Venues and licensed premises
Some walks may include or end at cafés, restaurants, pubs, galleries, event spaces, or other licensed premises. Entry to licensed premises may be subject to the venue’s own rules, licence conditions, age restrictions, time restrictions, and staff discretion. Camerawalk does not provide, sell, or arrange alcohol for under-18s. The host may change or skip a venue stop where age, supervision, access, behaviour, safety, or licensing concerns make the stop unsuitable.
Contact information
Your mobile number is used only for walk-day operational contact during the contact window, for example urgent changes, meeting point issues, or safety contact. It may be visible to the host during that contact window. It is not public.

Photography and uploads
Submitted photos remain yours. By uploading a photo, you grant Camerawalk a non-exclusive licence to display and use that photo for the walk gallery, voting, results, archive, and related Camerawalk promotion. This does not transfer copyright to Camerawalk.
You must only upload photos you have the right to submit. Do not upload images that are unlawful, abusive, invasive of privacy, or unsuitable for public display. Camerawalk may remove or reject uploaded photos where reasonably necessary.
